What stays on your device

Your calendar events are read on your device with your permission and are never sent to us. Without an account, your to-dos are stored only on your device.

What we store when you sign in

If you sign in with Apple or Google to sync between devices, we store: an account identifier from Apple or Google, your email address and name if the provider shares them, and your to-dos (title, date, note, checklist, tags, repeat, star and timestamps). We use this only to sync your to-dos. We do not sell it, show ads, or use it for tracking.

Where

Data is stored with Cloudflare (Workers and D1) and sent over encrypted connections.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings › Account › Delete account. This erases your account and every synced to-do from our server right away, and revokes Sign in with Apple. To-dos on your device stay until you delete the app.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device. No notification content is sent to us.
